The Action Center provides Xcel Energy Assistance using Energy Outreach Colorado (EOC)'s Bill Pay Assistance Fund. Xcel bill payment assistance is funded by Energy Outreach Colorado and the generous donors of the Action Center.

Energy Outreach Colorado is out of Xcel Energy assistance funding for the current program year. Xcel Energy assistance will be available when the new Energy Outreach Colorado program year begins in October 2026.
