Benefit Enrollment Includes:
SNAP - The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), otherwise known as food assistance, gives eligible households a monthly amount to buy food with an Electronic Benefits Transaction (EBT) card.
Health First Colorado (Colorado's Medicaid program) - Health First Colorado offers health coverage to Coloradans who qualify.
Colorado WIC - Colorado WIC offers healthy food, breastfeeding support, and nutrition education to eligible pregnant and breastfeeding parents and children under age five (5).
Head Start - Head Start offers early childhood education and programs that provide children under five (5) and their families with tools for learning about health, nutrition social engagement, and other services.
RTD LiVE - RTD LiVE offers discounts for bus, rail, and Access-a-Ride services to eligible individuals.
LEAP - The Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) offers cash assistance to help Coloradans pay for home heating costs from November through April each year.
Colorado Works - Colorado Works offers cash assistance to eligible families with a child or a pregnant person. This program may also offer childcare and job coaching support.
Adult Financial - Adult Financial offers cash assistance to eligible people who are disabled, living in a care setting, require home care, or who are aged 60 years and older.
CCCAP - The Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP) offers discounted childcare assistance to families experiencing homelessness, working or searching for work.
Nurse-Family Partnership - Nurse-Family Partnership offers first-time parents support, advice, and information for pregnancy, birth, and caring for a newborn.
SafeCare Colorado - SafeCare Colorado offers parents and caregivers support to keep their children under five (5) healthy, safe, and happy.
Eligibility: Residents of Colorado with a Social Security Number (SSN) and available to meet in person at the Action Center. Enrollment assistance is NOT provided for unemployment insurance, Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), Social Security, Medicare, Veterans Affairs, or private insurance.
