The holidays can be joyful, but they can also add financial pressure for families already balancing everyday expenses. The Action Center’s Holiday Gift Program helps families create a special holiday experience for their children by providing support with holiday gifts.
Whether a family needs a little extra help this season or faces more significant financial challenges, this program lets our community come together to make the holidays a little brighter for local children and families.

This year, the Action Center’s Holiday Gift Program is giving families something meaningful: choice. Instead of our traditional sponsor-a-family model and physical gifts, we’re providing one gift card for each eligible child, letting parents and caregivers choose a gift that reflects their child’s interests, personality, and needs. This approach lets families share in the joy of choosing while creating a more flexible, responsive program that can serve more children in our community. Your support makes that choice possible. Donate a gift card through our Roonga platform and help give a family more than a holiday gift. Give them the freedom and joy of choosing something special for their child.

Thank you for your interest in The Action Center’s 2026 Holiday Gift Program.
Our program is now full, and registration is closed. We have registered more than 1,000 children this year, and we are grateful to support so many local families.
If you are still looking for holiday assistance for your children, please contact United Way 211 by calling 211. They can connect you with other holiday assistance programs and community resources available in your area.
We know that asking for help during the holidays can be difficult, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to serve the families already registered for this year’s program.

Make the Holidays Meaningful for Local Families
Partner with the Action Center’s Holiday Gift Program to help local children experience the joy of the holidays. This year, our program provides one gift card per participating child, empowering parents and caregivers to choose gifts that reflect their children’s interests, personalities, and needs.
Become a Sponsor
Individuals or companies can support the program through a traditional financial sponsorship or a Team Gift Card Drive hosted through our Roonga platform. A team drive is a great way to engage employees in giving back and making a meaningful impact in our community.
Sponsorship benefits include company recognition through print and digital communications, social media promotion, and optional employee volunteer opportunities during December. Choose a sponsorship level from our menu or work with us to create a custom package that aligns with your company’s goals.
